Shipping & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase Dr.PAWPAW is happy to accept returns within 28 days and will refund you if the product is unused and in the condition that it arrived in.

You are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning your item (s) and we strongly advise that you send your returned items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely.  Please email info@drpawpaw.com within 28 days of purchase with your order number and the correct return address will be provided to you. Please note refunds can take up to 10 days from the moment we receive your return. 

Order cancellation requests can be sent to info@drpawpaw.com. Orders are processed daily and every effort will be made to accommodate your cancellation request before it leaves the warehouse. Please take additional care to ensure address details, names and basket contents are correct before making your order. If your order is already dispatched you can follow the returns request as above. 

If your order contains a faulty item, please email the team on info@drpawpaw.com with the issue, order number or place of purchase and images if possible. Each query will be dealt with individually.
